At the car park look in the left hand corner (facing the river)for the path which in about 60 yards takes you to the river bank,
Leg 2:  Leg distance 0.4 mile(s)   Start of leg GR: SN694717
Walk upstream along the river bank for abut 700 yards until the path emerges on to a road.
Leg 3:  Leg distance 0.4 mile(s)   Start of leg GR: SN700718
At the road you may either walk back along the pleasant river bank the way you came or you can turn right on to the road to walk back the 600 yards to the car park (watch out for traffic).
